Ellen is an independent instructor of Energetic Boundaries, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, and Ethics in Albuquerque, NM.

She has additional experience in geriatric work, infant massage, aromatherapy, working with clients in recovery and transition, traumatic brain injury, earthing, Curanderismo, visionary work, and shamanic practice. Professional Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and ordained minister of the Universal Life Church. Her practice integrates elements of all these bodies of knowledge as well as the most current research on wellness. Ellen is currently studying advanced techniques in craniosacral therapy under Etienne Peirsman at the Cranio Sacral School of the Masters.

Ellen is a gentle and compassionate practitioner who addresses you as a whole person and not as a collection of symptoms. She uses a combination of massage, polarity and craniosacral therapies to integrate the bodywork throughout your session. She will always work within your tolerance for the occasional uncomfortable procedure, such as trigger point work or deep tissue manipulation. Through verbal and physical dialog, she maintains a safe space for your healing process. Ellen happily accommodates all those with specific needs due to age, disability, injury, body image, gender issues, and trauma.

Ellen seamlessly incorporates energy work and swedish massage. (Her) presence is pure love. She has a comforting, relaxing, safe 'space' in her treatment area. We worked at my apartment, but during the treatment her energy filled the space and helped me forget all the household 'to-do' things surrounding me.
